Hydrogen Energy Center Founded in 1991, the Hydrogen Energy Center is an all-volunteer non-profit dedicated to advancing the transition a renewable hydrogen economy through education, demonstration, and advocacy. HEC's emphasis is on connecting renewable energy sources with hydrogen for energy storage and distribution.
